Nick Baggott FCIM FIDM has been a CIM Course Director for CRM & Digital for 7 years. He is MD of Navigate Consulting Ltd & works globally with clients like Google, Avon, EY, BP and Vodafone. He was formerly Group Client Service Director at Chemistry, having built the agency from start up to floatation.
With over 22 years of experience, Nick Baggott is a highly respected consultant and trainer specialising in digital marketing and CRM. He spent 13 of these years setting up and then becoming Group Client Service Director for one of the UK’s largest independent agencies.
For the past 8 years, Nick has been advising a range of high profile global clients like Google, Microsoft, HP, BP, Reuters, William Grant Distillers, American Idol and The Like, on digital relationship marketing strategy.
Alongside this, Nick is Lead Course Director for Level 4 Digital Marketing with CIM Academy and also runs a number of open and in-company courses for CIM both in the UK and abroad. From 2006-2009 Nick was Microsoft’s lead digital marketing trainer for EMEA and LatAM and in 2998 was the lead speaker for Microsoft’s Annual Kick Off in Atlanta in 2008 (attended by 15,000 people).
