Shelly Hossain

Shelly is an Organisational Development consultant and educator. She has spent over twenty years supporting organisations in leadership and change work. She is a part-time academic and provides education and development of leaders and organisation development practitioners.

Shelly is an Associate with leading development specialists who operate internationally. Her work includes running Masters and Certificate level programmes in Organisation Development, supporting senior leaders and providing consultancy interventions.

Shelly is active in bringing an OD mindset to organisations, and raising the value of OD work in the UK and abroad. She is a founding member and Co-Chair of Organisation Development Network Europe; she has lead responsibility for the ODNE professional practice portfolio. She holds the values of deep humanistic learning to enhance adult learning and growth. She works with all levels of the system including large groups to create inclusive, system wide dialogue and innovation.

She is also one of two Directors of ODC Europe (NTL) that provides the prestigious UK NTL Programme. She is a faculty member and delivers on various modules for this programme. Shelly is a Board member of NTL US.

She has a passion for social justice and has lead on a number of positive action programmes that have won awards. Currently, this includes leading the largest Positive Action Programme in the history of UK Civil Service.
