Paula Krupa

Ms. Krupa is the director of global benefits for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) at the North American headquarters in Decatur, Illinois. She has over 25 years of employee benefits experience including strategic development, compliance, plan design, implementation, consulting, communication, administration and outsourcing. At ADM, Ms. Krupa leads a team charged with planning, designing, implementing and coordinating employee benefit programs for over 20,000 U.S. and 20,000 global employees spread throughout 70 countries. Prior to joining ADM, she held similar positions at Roper Technology, Inc., Siemens Medical Solutions, Coopers & Lybrand, Mercer, Miller, Mason and Dickenson, and Vanguard. Ms. Krupa has attained her CEBS designation and is an ISCEBS Fellow and a licensed health and life agent (FL). She is currently the vice president of the ISCEBS Tampa Chapter and has held leadership roles with the ISCEBS Greater Philadelphia Chapter. Ms. Krupa serves as a member of the IFEBP Corporate Board and Mental Health panel and is a frequent speaker on employee benefits communications. Ms. Krupa earned a B.S. degree in economics and business administration from Ursinus College and is working on her M.S. degree in industrial organizational psychology from Grand Canyon University.
