Impact Factory

Katherine Grice is one of our most experienced training consultants developing new programmes and training trainers at Impact Factory.

After her degree in drama, Katherine did a postgraduate course at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School where she won the Charleston Student of the Year award.

She has completed two tours with The Royal Shakespeare Company; taught acting and run workshops everywhere from the British Embassy in Hong Kong to youth offenders in Portland Prison.

Good theatre is about passion, commitment, communication, and making a connection with your audience and this is what Katherine brings to her work with Impact Factory.

Katherine’s particular skills and passions within Impact Factory include Leadership, Presentation, Personal Impact, Train the Trainer, and Influencing.

One of her outstanding skills is the speed with which she can get to the heart of her client’s issues and create totally relevant, engaging, dynamic programmes for them.

Recently she has worked with many diverse clients such as:

CDC Global, CVC Capital Partners, ING, Digitas, Novo Nordisk, University of the Arts London, United Trust Bank, Elsevier, Dong Energy, Deloitte, and MEC.

As an Executive Coach, Katherine has worked with BAME Senior Leaders at The Metropolitan Police, SSE, CVC Capital Partners, Mark Davies Associates, KPMG, and Sage Publications.

Katherine is also responsible for training and developing Impact Factory Trainers during their two-year accreditation process.
