My creative leadership journey started with coaching and facilitating coaching workshops after competing internationally as a gymnast. Working closely together with people on creative and development endeavors helped me decide to study cognitive psychology and user experience in my professional career and how that applies in technology. Having a multi-disciplinary professional background allows me to help develop broader capacities, taking an interdisciplinary, deeper collaborative approach with many different organizations.

I believe that putting humanity at the core of the way we design our products, services and systems will fundamentally change the way we live. I am passionate about people and learning the different reasons why people work the way that they do so that I can create empathetic experiences online and offline.

At the heart of it, I am keen to positively impact people’s interactions and experiences in all facets: to provoke learning, self-awareness, and understanding their impact.
