Professional background Hanna started her career with nine years in the automotive industry. At Nissan Europe (1991-1996), Hanna set up the European customer care function and was responsible for customer satisfaction benchmarking. Moving to Brussels as the European dealer development manager for Chrysler/Jeep (1996-1999), her focus was to transform a fragmented dealer base into “fewer but stronger” retail outlets though network restructuring and pan-European operating standards. Hanna then moved into management consulting as senior manager at Deloitte Consulting (1999-2003) where she led pan-European change management projects. Her clients included IFF, Shell, Pfizer and OndeoNalco, and her assignments ranged from post-merger integration to leading the “change teams” on business process transformations and SAP implementations. In 2003, Hanna became the European learning & development director at Interpublic’s communication consultancies, where she set up a European staff development programme for 1,000 employees, with 900 participants in 100 workshops at 10 locations in the first year. Hanna joined MCE staff in 2005 as a programme & faculty director (functional competences). In this role, she focused on new program development and faculty relations in areas such as marketing, sales, finance and project management. Missing the interaction with clients, Hanna returned to the role of consultant and joined MCE as a Senior Associate. Passionate about learning and personal growth, Hanna focuses on the business challenges of her participants. She has delivered 500+ workshops on managerial, (inter)personal and professional skills to middle management and staff, and has also provided presentation skills coaching to executives and conference speakers.
