Biography
Rotterdam School of Management
I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Erasmus University.
I study strategic leadership and governance, with a particular emphasis on nonmarket aspects. To advance my theoretical interest, I often use natural experiments to overcome the challenges of inferring causality. My work has been accepted for publication in the Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, and Organization Science.
I teach MSc, MBA/EMBA, and Ph.D. courses at Erasmus University. I recently won the Best New Course of the Year Award in the area of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and I was nominated by my students for the prestigious RSM Innovative Teaching Award.
I spend my free time gardening.
