I was born in Russia, went to school in France, studied for more than 8 years in the United States where I got my Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management, Master of International Management in Global Development and Policy.  I have lived in Switzerland, United Kingdom and Monaco but Moscow is the place I call home.

I have started my career in a private equity world working for a British firm Central Europe Trust, then moved to the largest at that time private bank in Russia Rosbank as a Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance. In 2007 I became Managing Director, Head of Investment Strategy for United Industrial Corporation where I was responsible for large infrastructure projects all over Russia, cocking coal mining business, one of the oldest international food retail chains HEDIARD.

Since 2010 I am a Managing Partner of First Nation Societe Bancaire, a multi family office that primarily serves Russian speaking ultra high net worth individuals all over the world. In 2011 I co-founded the first bio energy corporation in Russia BioEnCo. In 2014 with partners acquired an international real estate advisory firm EVANS with offices in New York, London, Moscow and St Petersburg.

For the last 5 years I am member of the board of the VERA hospice foundation, the only organization in Russia that finances hospices for both kids and adults all over the country. Having supported various non-for-profit organizations and individuals for years, two of my friends and myself have come to a realization that the whole NGO sector requires systematic changes. In 2015 we co-founded FRIENDS foundation, to help make the non-profit sector in Russia more  professional.

Since 2008, I am working in close cooperation with the World Economic Forum. During the last 10 years I was a vice chair of the Global Agenda Council on the Future of Mining and Metals, member of the Global Agenda Council on Russia, Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Community, etc. In 2011, I have been honored to become one of the Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. Since 2017, I am a member of the World Economic Forum Expert Network.

I am a passionate travel writer. I have been to more than 90 countries. My travel notes have been published by Conde Nast Traveler, TATER, GQ, I have a monthly column at the PRIME Traveller Magazine.
