Dr. Wee-Seng Soh received the B.Eng. (Hons) and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1996 and 1998, respectively. In 1998, he was awarded the Overseas Graduate Scholarship by the National University of Singapore to study at Carnegie Mellon University, where he received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in 2003.

Since 2004, he has been with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS), where he is currently an Associate Professor. Prior to joining NUS, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department, University of Michigan. His current research interests are in wireless networks, underwater networks and indoor localization.
