Vivek G Nair

Dr. Vivek G Nair is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi). A PhD in Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), his thesis was a qualitative study on the role of context in determining career choices of Indian managers. His research has been published in international journals of repute like the Journal of Business Ethics, Career Development International, and Decision.

Prior to his PhD, he has worked in various capacities across domains such as Information Technology (IT), Automotive, and Test-Prep industry. Vivek holds a B.Tech degree from NIT Calicut and a PGDM/MBA from IIM Bangalore.
