Tanya MacLaurin is a professor at the College of Management and Economics, in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She teaches courses in safety and security in tourism, food tourism and foodservice management. Her research interests include food safety, food tourism, and consumer behaviour related to travel and tourism.
