Wisconsin School of Business

Tamie is the Program Manager for Inclusion@UW in the Office of Learning and Talent Development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tamie’s favorite work is in co-created spaces where people come together across diverse experiences, learning with and from each other. Prior to joining UW-Madison, she spent 15 years in both the public and private sector in a variety of roles, including director, manager, and trainer. She previously served as an instructor in the Leadership Studies program at St. Norbert College and as a Research Fellow for The Engagement Institute of The Conference Board, an international business membership and research group. She received her MS in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University and her BS in Organizational/Interpersonal Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has certification in Crucial Conversations, Everything DiSC Workplace, and Developmental Dimensions International.
