I am based in: Amsterdam

I have huge experience working with people facilitating business improvement projects, conducting trainings on process excellence methodologies and tools. I have successfully implemented continuous corporate improvement programs in four power plants and an energy distribution company in Kazakhstan. I moved to a regional position based in an Amsterdam headquarter two years ago.

I lead continuous improvement and innovation programs on a regional level, and my current passion is creating a process and culture of innovation to foster company growth through innovative ideas; as well as innovating internal processes, including operations and supporting functions. I was one of the leaders in organizing AES Innovation Congress in July 2015 which was a great success for the company. In general I like all kind of competitions, and participated in the corporate Global Process Excellence Awards during the last five years - which I won several awards at for my projects. I also took part in the External Process Excellence Awards where again, my projects were finalists a few times over.

I am married and have an 11 year old son, Kirill, who learnt Dutch in two years and now supports me with translating. I like dogs and have a very funny and energetic French bulldog named Richie.
