Julie Sokol

Julie Sokol is senior vice president of information and marketing technology for Irvine Company. She is responsible for the overall performance and delivery of technology across the company, This includes leading and managing Irvine Company’s technology operations, infrastructure, security, project portfolio and business support functions, as well as leadership of the innovation team, which leverages emerging technology to drive product and process change across the enterprise. Additionally, she is responsible for the marketing technology function, including management of much of the company’s digital and online assets.

She joined the company in 2007.

Previously, Sokol was a partner with Accenture. During her 16-year tenure, she worked with globally recognized organizations across varied industries and in many countries, leading them through large scale transformation.

She is active in several nonprofits, including OneOC and Girl Scouts of Orange County. She also is extensively involved in technology strategy and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) programs for local K­-12 students.

Sokol holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with specializations in marketing and accounting from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
