Sumera Naaz

Sumera Naaz serves as an Assistant Professor with a reputed MBA Institution. She teaches Management Principles, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, International Marketing, and Consumer Behavior and also guides students on their projects and internships. She is also responsible for Student Social Responsibility (SuKarma) wing of the college which envisions molding Management grads as social and ethical conscious Business Leaders. She has also led the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and is currently mentoring the cell at the institution.

Previously, she worked as a Business Researcher and an Analyst for over two years at Multinational firms with a specific focus on Healthcare, Pharma, and Biotech industries. She worked as an intern and freelancer at various firms ranging from start ups, mid-sized and MNCs in the area of Human Resource, Marketing and Research. She did her MBA (HR and Marketing) form University of Hyderabad. She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development. She has a PGD in Intellectual Property Rights from NALSAR university of Law, Hyderabad. Her bachelor’s degree was in Pharmacy.
