Sofia Pemsel (PhD, master) is Assistant Professor of Project Organization and Management at CBS. She took her PhD-degree at Lund University (2008-2012); the doctoral thesis is titled “Knowledge processes and capabilities in project-based organizations”. During her time as a PhD-student, Sofia visited Queensland University of Technology, Australia and BI Norwegian Business School as a visiting researcher, participated in courses, workshops and seminars at SKEMA Business School, Lille, France as well as held courses in Project management at Umeå School of Business. Sofia’s main interests are projects and project-based organizations and how they manage and govern knowledge and learning.
