Christian Tangkjær

I am senior partner at Mobilize-Nordic Consulting that is a consultancy company located in Denmark and Norway. Mobilize is specialized within knowledge intensive sectors and institutions like health sector and universities, and political governed institutions. Mobilize has a primary focus on strategy and leadership development with a critical focus on how mobilize agency in and around organizations that will bring value to citizens, patients and clients.

I am Associate Professor at the Department of Organisation at CBS and particularly my research interest is in public management and development of public leadership. I teach within these topics both in our master programmes and in executive programmes and activities. I am an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and teach strategic leadership and leadership development at the Master of Public Governance and Executive MBA.

I am affiliated with the international organization Association of MBA’s (AMBA) and do accreditation visits at business schools that are accredited by AMBA or apply for accreditation.

I am and have been pedagogical supervisor for assistant professors at Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen and IT-University in Denmark.
