Biography

The Wharton School

I’ve been on a very exciting journey. In my 15+ years in the high-tech sector, I’ve built, scaled and grown SaaS and subscription businesses ranging from $100 million to $2.5 billion and led teams across the customer lifecycle including digital demand generation, inside sales, partner sales, customer success and renewals.

Six years ago, I was tapped by the executive leadership team at CA Technologies to lead our digital go-to-market transformation and accelerate the shift in the company’s business model from legacy on-premise to SaaS and subscription solutions. With this mandate, I built a new high velocity inside sales and business development organization from 0 to 300+ HC in 30 months and delivered over $50 million in incremental sales and $450 million in pipeline. Prior to this, I formed a new division focused on delivering customer success for our top 500 customers by helping them transition to next generation solutions and achieve greater value and ROI from their investments.

Previously, I led global operations for our $2.5 billion Mainframe Solutions business where I implemented a management system and operating cadence to drive strong cross-functional execution and spearheaded growth initiatives which grew revenue 3x faster than the market.

Earlier, I held leadership roles across finance including serving as a divisional CFO for a $100 million business unit, leading a global FP&A organization and driving corporate M&A and strategic finance activities. I started my career in investment banking, private equity and venture capital and have been involved with transactions totaling ~$30 billion.

I’m a results-oriented leader with a collaborative leadership style underpinned by open communication and strong relationships. I rely heavily on data and analytics to formulate my initial views but take the time to listen to my team and colleagues to understand what is working and what we need to get better.
