Shelley Marconi

Biography

I have a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of experience in human resources, covering all facets including training and development, employee relations, recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, compensation and benefits, labour relations and employee relations. I have managed multiple locations across the country in retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and health care including federally regulated and provincially regulated organizations. Coupled with human resources, I possess knowledge and experience with organizational operations including profit and loss statements, budgets, sales (growth), proposals, staffing, quality management, funding agreements, collective agreements, succession planning, scheduling, merchandising and extensive customer service experience.

My passion is in people and is why I excel at what I do. Having a friendly and approachable demeanour has given me the opportunity to engage many workforces and have a positive influence in their work days. Being able to actively listen to their needs and balance those of the company, is something I work to achieve each and every day.
