Shekhar Agrawal

Shekhar Agrawal has been a member of the ASPE instructor team since 2015. In that time, he has developed and delivered training programs on enterprise technology practices and emergent technologies to both small and large groups across a range of industries. Shekhar has been a leader on our team in teaching large organizations practical skills and innovative strategies for using technology which is new and/or emergent. Often these technologies have short use case histories and bodies of knowledge which are not well-established. As an early adoption expert, Shekhar excels in teaching teams how to use these tools in a practical context. His workshops and areas of expertise include subjects like DevOps, agility, containers, IT automation, cryptocurrencies, microservices, big data and data science.

In addition to being an effective instructor and technology learning developer, Shekhar has broad, real-world experience in managing data scientists & software engineers; developing and designing agile-based, end-to-end, large-scale software solutions, and integrating solutions for machine learning and natural language processing in large corporate environments. He is an expert in data-oriented technologies and holds a US patent for a data-driven recommendation and personalization application granted in 2016.

At ASPE, Shekhar has delivered training programs and integrated instructional technology primarily with private enterprise programs and virtual/digital training products. ASPE calls on Shekhar when clients ask us to help teams of people learn how to navigate and use new technology. With a fast-paced style and an ability to communicate complex concepts in a way teams can easily understand, he is an energetic presenter and a highly effective instructor. Shekhar also performs extensive consulting, routinely evaluating business training needs and adjusting staff development and educational programs for our customers. He conducts ongoing needs analysis using customer feedback, field interactions, and leveraging his subject-matter expertise to adjust learning strategies and training curriculum. Shekhar has also developed and managed tracking and reporting on training progress for the programs he administers.
