Shawn Mathis

Shawn D. Mathis is Professor of Organizational Studies & Humanities. He obtained the Doctor of Philosophy in Humanities at Faulkner University, the Master of Arts in Religion at Lipscomb University, and the Bachelor of Science in Bible at Freed-Hardeman University. He earned the Diploma in Organisational Leadership, the certificate in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme, and the Certificate in Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He holds certificates in The Board Directors' Programme at Henley Business School, University of Reading and in Corporate Governance at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. Presently, he is a fellow at Nuffield College & Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, studying for the Master of Science in Global Healthcare Leadership.

Subject matter expertise in healthcare adaptive learning platforms for behavioral assessment, education, professional development, and talent management of teams.
