Shailesh is a Partner in Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) at EY in India. He specializes in ESG strategy and maturity enhancements, impact-based materiality assessments, decarbonization transition pathways and safety performance management.

Shailesh has over 20 years of experience in helping clients across various industry sectors and geographies. He has served several global and Indian clients in addressing their environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and driving responsible investment agenda.

With a constant accumulation of digital technology and industry knowledge, he is continuously helping stakeholders create a robust case for sustainable performance. Shailesh is an alumnus of the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney with degrees in mechatronics, environmental engineering and sustainability management.
