Severin Hoensbroech

Severin Graf Hoensbroech is a director, actor and psychologist. As a stage professional on the one hand and psychologist on the other hand, he has been dealing with the topics of communication and authenticity and the underlying mechanisms of action for years. In his lectures and workshops the communication expert combines the latest neuroscientific findings with techniques from psychology and theatre in a very entertaining way. Severin von Hoensbroech is one of the most sought-after communication experts in Germany.

Severin von Hoensbroech studied acting, directing, psychology and philosophy in Ulm, Vienna and Bonn. He performed at the Volkstheater Vienna, the Salzburg Festival and the Schauspiel Bonn, among others.

As a coach he accompanies and trains people in middle and upper management. He teaches the MBA SoftSkills Program at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and in the Executive Programs of ESMT. His clients include large medium-sized companies and DAX-listed companies. In 2017, he and his brothers Raphael and Alexis published "The Peripetie Principle - the Art of Effective Leadership".
