Sema Burney is a dynamic Human Resources Professional armed with over 15 years of experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership Development. Born and raised in Quebec, Sema has always had a keen interest in diversity and cross-cultural management and has witnessed firsthand the changing face of our population. Fluently bilingual, she offers consulting services to Quebec and Canadian organizations seeking to better leverage a diverse workforce and create a competitive advantage.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant and holder of a Masters in Business Administration from McGill University, Sema brings a refreshing vision to the HR world with her keen business sense and her solid understanding of the bottom line.
