Sarah I. Imlau holds a B.S. in economics from Philipps University of Marburg in Germany, a M.S. in economics from Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She joined the Department of Economics at the Darla Moore School of Business in 2017.

Research

Her research focuses on international trade and finance with a particular interest in the interplay between those two fields. Her current work analyzes the effects of international trade credits on industry performance.
