Sandrine brings 20+years of international experience in Healthcare, including the launches of 3 global brands in 7 indications. Having led brands and teams in affiliates at European and global operational level, she has a practical approach to the challenges business leaders and managers face in this industry’s rapidly changing environment. Leveraging on her Design thinking coaching skills, Sandrine thrives in working in two fields which she is very passionate about: – Customer-Centric Marketing: empowering teams to deeply understand customers’ experiences and needs and to unlock value creation and brand growth through the generation of meaningful, impactful, innovative strategies, tactics, and solutions. – Connecting and developing talents across functions and silos, engaging them to work together, to learn from each other and to identify and spread powerful practices.

Prior to focusing on L&D and coaching, Sandrine held several positions ranging from strategy to execution at UCB Biopharma. She spearheaded UCB’s Global Marketing Community, identifying and developing critical competencies for the future (e.g. Advanced Analytics). As a Global Brand Director, she drove brand launches, strategies and alignment across regions and functions (for €0.4 to 1 billion brands), whilst as an EU Marketing Head and Affiliate Business Unit Manager, she focused on the local adaptation, implementation and monitoring of strategies and pioneered innovative tactics. Her special interest for Patient Experience Design, led her to test and pilot multichannel patient support solutions that resulted in and a double-digit increase in retention.

Sandrine holds an MBA (INSEAD) and a Bachelor of Commercial Engineer (Solvay Business School). She is a Certified Design Thinking Coach (HPI).

Sandrine is Belgian. She is passionate, authentic, energetic, and curious about people, new ideas and experiences. Her enthusiasm for new ways of working is contagious!
