Fundação Dom Cabral
Ricardo Carvalho is a professor and researcher on social anthropology, art and management, people management, organizational culture, Brazilian culture, organizational behaviour and leadership at Fundação Dom Cabral. Professor Carvalho holds a Post Doctorate certificate in Management from Reims Business School (France), a Ph.D. in Sociology of Mutations from Université de Paris VII (France), a Master degree in Social and Clinic Psychology from the Conservatoire National des Artes et Métiers (France) and a Master degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (Brazil). He teaches at masters, specialization and custom programs at FDC. He has already taught in companies such as Unilever, Embraer, Basf, Allianz, Itaú Unibanco, Anatel, Assodeere, Monsanto, Solar BR Coca Cola, Samarco, Luxottica, Hucam, CCR, Prefeitura RJ, among others. He is also a guest professor at HEC Montreal (Canada) and Reims Management School (France). Professor Ricardo carvalho is a former faculty member of Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Fundação João Pinheiro and Centro Universitário UNA. He has been a consultant for Unesco/PNUD and a Manager of People Assessment and Follow-up, and Planning and Research Technician at the Minas Gerais State Secretariat for Labor. He is a member of CRITEOS at HEC Montreal (Canada) and author of books, technical and scientific papers, published in Brazil and abroad.
