Indian Institute of Management Indore

Ranjeet Nambudiri is a faculty in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area.

His research interests include trust and distrust related issues in business and non-business contexts, justice issues during organizational change (mergers and acquisitions, diversification, spin-offs and restructuring), managing organizational transformation, high performance work systems, self-managed teams, and organizational commitment. Two of his cases are registered and published on Ivey Publishing and Harvard Business Press and others are under advanced stages of review with the Asian Case Research Journal. He has presented papers at international (EIASM, AAOM, AICSDR) and national conferences.
