Biography

A researcher and education professional with a readiness to search and explore the silver lining in Canadian education/research industry right in the middle of the era’s most challenging times for humankind. Over the years of experience in the education industry in cross-functional roles, I have grown skills of adaptability, accepting responsibility, handling details, coordinating and planning tasks, developing evaluation strategies, setting deadlines, and meeting them to evolve as an efficient contributor to organizational goals. I have been largely indulged in integrated teaching where I have applied management concepts to inculcate in post-secondary students essential business acumen so they face industry challenges from the lenses of an equipped manager.

I am a passionate learner who enjoys researching management issues like bridging skill gaps, entrepreneurship, and related domain of study. I have a special interest in studying immigrant entrepreneurship in Canada in the times to come. Looking for leadership positions in educational/government/research organizations.
