Academic Division: FinanceRalph Kimball is Professor Emeritus of Finance at Babson College. He holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, all in economics. Prior to joining Babson he was Assistant Vice President and Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and Senior Associate at the MAC Group, a management consultancy. At Babson he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Fixed Income, Management of Financial Institutions, Risk Management, Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Valuation as well as the core finance class. He has also taught at the University of California, Berkeley, Portland State College, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
