Biography

Gianluca is Adjunct Professor in Corporate Finance at Catholic University (Milan-I) and Affiliate Professor in Fundamentals of Finance and in Business Strategy at ESCP Europe (Turin-I).

 

Besides his academic activity, Gianluca assists entrepreneurs and managers as well as institutions on strategic corporate finance related issues and serves/served as board member/statutory auditor in companies operating in various sectors.

 

Gianluca has gained a significant experience in applied strategic corporate finance having previously worked in investment banks such as Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital and GE Capital (previously Interbanca), in the field of capital investment (Italian Mezzanine) and in professional realities related to the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, specifically as investment officer at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (previously Infrastrutture Spa) and as officer of the Guardia di Finanza (the Italian financial & economic police).
