I am always fascinated of how different organisations in the same contextual situation, such as organisation size and market shares, can act so differently when it comes to seizing new possibilities. Both when it comes to the ability to identify new possibilities and to pursue and carry thorough opportunities. In the end of the day it is about human beings and their abilities to create changes within their given situation. I take joy in, and feel proud of, when I can be part of the tipping point when an organisation can change and seize an opportunity. With this as a mission I founded Amplify (previously SIT Scandinavia). More than ever, I believe that everyone can innovate!

I have over 20 years experience of working with innovation. From working with venture capital to supporting big multi-nationals with their efforts to innovate. I have gained unique experience in hands-on innovation, where completely new ideas are created, selected and cultivated into products, services, processes and strategies that are now creating value in the market.

I am also a frequent lecturer in international business schools and universities.
