Nikolai has spent his entire career in technology working with numerous clients and companies ranging from small startups to large enterprises focused on crafting and delivering showcase worthy mobile applications, innovative products, frameworks, and strategies.His background is focused around customer success, mobile innovation, pre-sales, and solution architecture efforts, previously running an innovation and R&D Lab at a global technology consultancy.

Currently Nikolai leads Customer Success efforts for Salesforce Integration Cloud (MuleSoft) in the Americas East region partnering across numerous market leading organizations to help craft their technology strategies.

Before Salesforce, Nikolai led the Americas, East Customer Success team at App Annie, a mobile market data provider, managing their Financial Services and Investment business with the world’s top hedge fund and alternative asset investors. As an ex-mobile engineer and product manager, Nikolai's background includes driving customer success strategy, mobile & IoT deployments, pre-sales and solution architecture efforts. He previously ran an innovation and R&D lab at a global technology consulting firm.

Nikolai holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Fordham College at Lincoln Center, and technical certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA.
