Biography
INSEAD Business School
Nana von Bernuth is an Adjunct Professor and Business Coach at INSEAD and CEDEP. Her passion is translating theory into actions and making learnings tangible. Since 2003, she combines business coaching and in-depth research activity which allows her to convey to participants the latest insights and developments enriching discussions and results.
Based on her research and firsthand experience she developed a structured action learning process that enables participants to successfully deploy new skills, learn as individuals and as a team. She leads and trains the team of INSEAD business coaches that support participants in creating a meaningful and long-term impact by taking action.
Companies she has worked for include: LG Electronics, Johnson & Johnson, Santander, Starwood Hotels, Renault, EdF, Lego as well as Start Ups and a lot of medium sized companies.
Nana is an experienced programme director who has a broad experience in designing learning journeys and leadership development programs globally.
She was contributing author to Morten Hansen and Jim Collins’ latest books “Collaboration”, “Great by Choice”, and “Great at Work” as well as Herminia Ibarra’s book “Act Like a Leader, Think like a Leader” on how to successfully step up to leadership. Nana builds on the research for these books during her coaching work.
Her latest publication work is the article “The 100 Best-Performing CEOs in the World” published in Harvard Business Review, November 2019. The article has received word-wide press coverage and is used today to identify CEOs who have been able to create long-term value for their companies.
Nana is a German native and speaks English, French and Italian fluently.
