Management School ESSCA
Naciba Chassagnon, who holds a higher doctorate and a PhD in economics, is a specialist of innovation and creativity issues. Her work specifically aims to explore the determinants of responsible innovations (particularly ecological innovations) through the organizational mechanisms deployed by companies.
Her teaching activities focus on the analysis of contemporary economic and societal issues. In this context, she teaches several courses at ESSCA: economics, business ethics and CSR.
She’s very active in the research field, wrtiting articles, participating in academic associations and scientific conferences. Her research interest lie in the study of responsible innovations and creative communities, and how their operationalization fosters the emergence of more sustainable business models.
Her work is relevant to different fields of application including management, entrepreneurship and organizational economics.
