Biography

Monica is a Professor of Organizational Development and teaches a Masters course in Entrepreneurship at the Sorbonne University in Paris. She has a dual background of Economy and Law studies at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. She has been appointed Professor & Assistant at the IMD Business School and has written a thesis on governance.
Previously she has worked with responsibility for projects for Bata and Nestlé. Via various associations she supports women causes as well as diversity at all hierarchical levels. Her favorite leisure activity is kayaking. At the International Management School Geneva she teaches a course which aims to give a legal approach to the decisions taken throughout the development of a business.
