Mercedes is an experienced project manager, coach, and facilitator and co-creates programs around new work, business models & innovation using collaborative and creative visual methodologies.

Mercedes Hoss supports (inter)national organizations & institutions by designing programs and interventions that help organisations, teams and individuals to think about their own innovation strategies, ways of work and business models, combining different methodologies, introducing new tools, skills and mindsets.

"Facilitating Change one workshop at a time" She is an early adopter of the personal business modelling (Business Model You®) and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and co-creator of the book Business Models for Teams.

She brings 20+ years of hands-on global project management, consulting & leadership experience in the areas of IT/ Finance & business process optimization working for international corporations such as Pfizer Inc., Ancestry.com, C&L etc. and combines it with 10 years of coaching & facilitation experience bridging HR, Biz & Tech in large corporations and start-ups.

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, she moved to Germany in 2008, after living 8 years in the United States (Miami and NYC), 2 years in the UK (London) , and 3 years in Chile (Valparaiso). She speaks German, English and Spanish and has visited 30 countries on project assignments and managed projects globally in over 60.
