Dr. Maximilian Strecker is managing directоr of the Ernst Strecker GmbH & Co. KG and lecturer at the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen on the topics of leadership, motivation, and high-performance.

He has worked with over 10.000 top managers in multinational corporations and high-performance teams in sports. His work gets published in renowned manager magazines such as the Harvard Business Manager (see "publications" below).

In his dоctoral thesis at the University of St. Gallen, he researched the emergence and cultivation of meaningfulness in the workplace as the number one factor for lasting motivation and performance. To develop and test measures for cultivating meaningful work, he founded a research consortium, which included selected board members and managing directors from diverse disciplines and industries.

Prior, he studied business administratiоn and economics at renowned universities in Germany and China and worked at the World Trade Center in the US. He is a certified trainer on the subject of self-management and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt for process optimization.
