  • Meet other female leaders and have the opportunity to exchange ideas
  • Create a personal career plan including next steps
  • Expand your personal network with valuable contacts

Application Criteria

The prerequisite for participation is a university or university of applied sciences degree or, in exceptional cases in which the Programme Head has a final decision, an equivalent educational certificate. The number of places is limited.

Course Structure

The "Aiming Higher - Women's Leadership Programme" is spread over 3 modules, offering in compact form valuable input in the areas of leadership competence, stakeholder management, personal impact and negotiation skills.

You will also reflect on your social skills and personal strengths by completing an online assessment (Hogan) in advance. Peer coaching is another important part of this training. At the evening events you will meet female role models and prominent guests with whom you can make valuable contacts. In addition, a follow-up meeting will be held in the greater Zurich area six months after the seminar to further cultivate your personal network.
