Matthew Chan is a renowned Digital Entrepreneur & Technology Strategist who has extensive experience in Asia and China’s Internet scene and Omni-channel retailing. Focuses on driving enterprise digital transformation and building a digital ecosystem via business innovation, digital technology, data analytics & building of entrepreneurship culture.

Mr. Chan is currently the Group Chief Digital Officer to drive corporate digital transformation in Jardine Restaurant Group which operates 850+ restaurants (KFC & PizzaHut) across Asia (HK, Taiwan, Vietnam & Myanmar). Prior to that, Matthew was the CDO in K11 Group & Head of Digital of New World Group which is one of the major conglomerate companies that covered property development, retail, art & culture, hotel, strategy investment across China and HK.

Besides digital technology, Matthew is also a seasonal digital marketer who oversees digital marketing, social media & ecommerce.

He is a passionate advocate for startups culture and being an active angel investor to invest and incubate different startups (some of them further invested by renowned VC/PE such as Alibaba Fund)

He Also served as a council member and Vice President at The Hong Kong Computer Society & served as Executive committee of Digital Marketing Community at HKMA. Mr. Chan has also held advisory committee roles for different retail, digital & startup associations across the region.
