Markus is a multi-dimensional leader with over 20 years’ experience in disruptive transformation of marketing, brand strategy, communications, digital customer engagement and general management across a range of industries, from global blue chip companies to NGO’s and start ups.

Since 1994 Markus (MBA) has been leading Human2Human engagement, brands and transformation management around the world, featuring Mercedes-Benz and Rolls-Royce (Marine). Originally from Germany, he started his career at Daimler-Benz in Germany, where he held several positions in Brand Management, Strategy, Operations and General Management within the passenger car and the commercial vehicles divisions of Mercedes-Benz.

He went on to spend the past 13 years in Asia-Pacific where he introduced innovative and disruptive customer centric marketing and communications engagement for the B2B2C markets for high tech products and services. Markus has dedicated his focus to transforming organisational behaviours towards customer centric growth in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America where he also lived and worked.

Markus is a transformation coach for large organisations, agencies and start ups after he recently completed his role as the Executive Vice President and board member for Global Marketing, Communications and CRM with Rolls-Royce Marine, based in Singapore.
