Lindsey Masson

Lindsey has more than 25 years of international OD consulting experience and her particular interests are in supporting organisations and leaders in complex and uncertain environments through change, through designing and delivering a wide range of leadership and OD interventions.

She is able to offer practical experience (having led the Corporate business at Ashridge Business School) and can apply leading-edge theory to the everyday process of engaging teams in times of change together with the pragmatic skills of authentic and effective leadership. She is also an Ashridge-accredited coach where she focuses on working as a thinking partner for senior leaders in supporting them to become more reflective and mindful of their leadership practice.

Lindsey works in the UK and internationally in sectors including health, financial services, public sector, IT, retail, professional services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and utilities.
