Biography

Leni is a part-time professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the areas of Leadership and People Management.

Career in Human Resources in national as well as in multinational companies, working in Latin America and Europe. Professional focus on HR strategy, talent development and change management. Also lecturer on MBAs / post-graduation programs at Mackenzie, FEI, INSPER, FGV and FIA/USP and undergarduate program in INSPER .

For Leni, it is important to look beyond the business itself, or the product itself, striving to deliver the best for the customer. And for that, she sees a need for companies to rethink their connections.
