Biography
Hanken School of Economics
Kjell has worked with business law for more than 25 years. He joined EY in 2004 from one of the larger Finnish law firms. He constantly counsels Finnish and international listed and non-listed companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as on corporate law and contract issues and legal risk management.
He is part of the leadership team for EY Law in Finland and a member of EY’s Nordic Regional Partner Forum.
Kjell has a Master’s degree of Laws. In addition he holds a Master’s degree of Political Sciences.
