Biography

Ken Pinnock, MS, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished, certified senior human resources leader with more than 25 years' experience designing and implementing a variety of human resource programs and practices. Ken is currently the Director of People Development at the University of Denver. Ken's work in HR has encompassed strategic planning, workforce planning and staff, total rewards, performance management, employee and labor relations and most recently talent management. Ken is a frequent trainer and presenter for a variety of professional conferences, organizations in numerous industries and has led training projects internationally.

Ken has been active with SHRM for over 20 years, including participating on subject matter expert panels and SHRM delegation work. Ken is a SHRM instructor delivering both face-to-face and virtual courses throughout the U.S.
