Dr. Kaye Chan is a Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor) in Marketing at University of Technology Sydney, Australia, and Director of the Master of Digital Marketing program.

Kaye commenced her academic career after working in industry for over a decade where she has a proven track record in managing brands portfolios, launching new products, and the associated communication and engagement with a range of stakeholders.

Kaye is a passionate educator focused on work-ready skills so her students can succeed in their careers. She is currently the Director of the new Master of Digital Marketing program and has developed subjects and taught in this program. Her other areas of teaching are marketing communications, media planning, and digital marketing.

Her research interests focus on data analysis to address issues faced in media and advertising in the online environment, and how marketing communications can be used to influence and change behaviour. Kaye is proficient in using multiple methods of analysis and data collection, including surveys, experiments, and large panel databases. She has a published articles in Journal of Strategic Marketing and has presented at major conferences such as EMAC and ISMS Marketing Science.
