MBA from IE Business School. Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Wales University, UK.
He has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources in different Companies and Consultants in strategic positions in companies such as AstraZeneca or the Costco Wholesale department stores.
He is currently a Founding Partner and General Director at HABITTUD CONSULTING, a company dedicated to accompanying professionals and companies through changing behaviors, skills and processes, leading national and international projects.
He combines Consulting, Training and Executive Coaching projects as an associate professor in different postgraduate programs at the IE Business School (Instituto de Empresa),
He is a lecturer specializing in innovation, entrepreneurship and change management through attitude and emotions. He has written numerous publications and collaborations in different media.
Since 2016 he has been an ICADA Spain Professor in Creativity and Innovation programs, also collaborating in programs with ICAMI in Mexico.
