Johnson Wu served as General Manager of USA Operations at Wedge Networks Inc. Mr. Wu has been the Chief Executive Officer at Shadow NetWorks, Inc. since September 14, 2015. He served as Vice President of Technology at Shadow NetWorks, Inc. until September 14, 2015. He served as Vice President of Technical Services of Jasomi Networks Inc.

Mr. Wu has over 20 years of experience in the networking and security space. He was one of the co-founders of Network Translation Inc, and was co-inventor of the PIX firewall. Mr. Wu also co-founded Jasomi Networks. Mr. Wu was one of the original engineers of Cisco’s PIX Firewall and a Co-founder of Network Translation, Inc. (acquired by Cisco in 1995). Prior to co-founding NTI, Mr. Wu pioneered the design and deployment of firewall and Internet security appliances for Fortune 500 companies at the beginning of the Internet explosion. He held design and implementation responsibilities for Caw Networks’ award winning WebAvalanche and WebReflector capacity assessment products. He holds two patents for inventions in the area of network address translation for VoIP and streaming media that are used in PIX.

Mr. Wu graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco, with degrees in Business Administration and Management.
