Javier Casademunt

Javier S. Casademunt is founder and CEO of the Neuromentoring Institute of Florida and Director of the Global Future of Work Foundation in Brazil.

He serves as director and academic collaborator of the Department of Strategy and General Administration at ESADE Business School. He is a consultant, mentor, expert in Resilience and Executive Mental Health, visiting professor at several top business schools in Latin America, where he teaches in the areas of Leadership and Strategy with a behavioral perspective. Javier brings over 20 years of successful international experience in management, teaching and consulting for business, government and senior leadership.
