Education:

After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Alberta, Jaemi pursued training in Conflict Management through the ADR Institute of Alberta, with 250+ hours of conflict resolution training. She holds certificates in Conflict Leadership, Attuned Communication in Dispute Resolution, Integrative Negotiation, and Facilitative Mediation.

Experience:

She coaches and instructs in a variety of settings including the ADR Learning Institute (ADRLi), the University of Alberta School of Business, ADR Institute of Alberta (ADRIA) and NAIT, with a focus on the topics of conflict resolution and working with emotion.

Jaemi’s practice includes workplace mediation, Civil mediation with Alberta Justice, as well as community mediation centred on youth.
